Thank you again for your patience as we work to reschedule the Flower Power Cruise 2021. We are so grateful to our Flower Power Cruise family for the love and support you've shown us throughout this entire process.

Now that the new 2022 Flower Power Cruise date is announced, we understand there are a few follow-up questions regarding this change. We have shared some of the most popular below and updated our FAQs with additional information to assist you as quickly as possible. As always, if there is something not covered below or if you need additional information, our reservationists stand by ready to help. FAQs

Q. What are my options as a booked guest now that the 2021 Flower Power Cruise has been rescheduled?

A. As a booked guest on the 2021 Flower Power Cruise, you have three options now that the cruise has been rescheduled. In order to make your choice, you must log into your StarVista LIVE account and fill out the Postponement Options form by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, October 30th.

  • Option 1 – Transfer your reservation to the Flower Power Cruise 2022.
  • Option 2 – Receive a Future Cruise Credit for another StarVista LIVE event sailing before 12/31/22.
  • Option 3 – Cancel your reservation and receive a refund for the Flower Power Cruise 2021. Please allow 60 days for refunds to be fully processed.

See instructions below on how to make your selection. Please note that only the person that's been identified as financially responsible for the reservation may make these changes on their StarVista LIVE account. If you're not the primary person listed on the account, make sure to coordinate with them.

To fill out the Postponement Options form, log into your StarVista LIVE account and on your reservations page under your Flower Power Cruise 2021 reservation click on the Postponement Options button (see illustration below). Once you are in the form, you may begin making your selection.

Q. I want to sail on the Flower Power Cruise 2022! How do I transfer my reservation to the Flower Power Cruise 2022?

A. Please fill out the Postponement Options form by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, October 30th by following the below instructions.

Option 1 - Sail on the Flower Power Cruise 2022 - if you would like to join us on the Flower Power Cruise in 2022, fill out this form by logging into your StarVista LIVE account, and on your reservations page click on the Postponement Options button below the Flower Power Cruise 2021 reservation. This will take you directly to the form where you should select “Keep Reservation for 2022 Cruise” on the postponement options dropdown. Once you click submit, no further action is required of you at this time. We will automatically transfer your current reservation to the new 2022 dates. You will receive a new confirmation email in approximately 60 days which will include the same cabin assignment, same dining time, and same travel protection choice.

Q. I want to receive a Future Cruise Credit for another StarVista LIVE cruise. What should I do?

A. Please fill out the Postponement Options form by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, October 30th by following the below instructions.

Option 2 - Receive a Future Cruise Credit from StarVista LIVE – if you choose to take a Future Cruise Credit, you may apply this FCC to another cruise which sails prior to 12/31/22. Fill out this form by logging into your StarVista LIVE account and on your reservations page click on the Postponement Options button below the Flower Power Cruise 2021 reservation. This will take you directly to the form where you should select “Receive Future Cruise Credit” on the postponement options dropdown. Once this is selected, click submit.

You do not need to choose which cruise you would like your FCC applied to just yet, however please remember the sooner you make this decision, the more likely there will be cabin availability. Reminder you must apply this FCC to a cruise sailing prior to 12/31/22. Once you have chosen a cruise, please notify us, in writing, which announced and available StarVista LIVE Cruise (or existing reservation) you would like to apply your credit to by sending an email to info@flowerpowercruise.com. Please include your desired cruise, cabin category and best contact information or your existing reservation number if planning to apply your FCC to an existing reservation.  For a full list of StarVista LIVE cruises, visit our website here.

Q. I wish to receive a full refund for the Flower Power Cruise 2021. What should I do?

A. If you wish to receive a full refund for the Flower Power Cruise 2021, please fill out the Postponement Options form by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, October 30th by following the below instructions.

Option 3 - Cancel and receive a full refund for the Flower Power Cruise 2021– fill out this form by logging into your StarVista LIVE account and on your reservations page click on the Postponement Options button below the Flower Power Cruise 2021 reservation. This will take you directly to the form where you should select “Cancel and Refund My Reservation” on the postponement options dropdown. You will be taken to a payment verification screen, where you must confirm the credit card on file that should be refunded. If the credit card on file has a new expiration date, provide this updated expiration date in the “comments” box. We can only refund to credit cards that have previously been charged, so if your card is not on file, please select “payment by check” on this screen. Once you have selected a credit card on file or payment by check, confirm your billing/mailing address and click submit.

Please allow up to 60 days for processing. Understand that this time is required to confirm an accurate refund to your selected form of payment and billing address. We appreciate your patience.

Q. What is the deadline to make my decision?

A. You must fill out the Postponement Options form on your StarVista LIVE account by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, October 30th. If you fill out this form but change your mind on which option you have chosen, you may resubmit the form before the deadline of October 30th. However, once the deadline has passed, the decision you have made is final. If you have any questions regarding this form, please send an email to info@flowerpowercruise.com or give us a call at 844-700-3569. If we do not receive your submitted form or hear from you by October 30th, your funds will be automatically transferred to the Flower Power Cruise 2022. 

Q. When will the lineup be final for Flower Power Cruise 2022? Will all artists from the 2021 cruise be moved to Flower Power Cruise 2022?

 A.  We are still rounding out the lineup for the Flower Power Cruise 2022 and are in discussions with some of the artists from the postponed Flower Power Cruise 2021 to join us in 2022. So far, we've been able to add to next year's cruise The Zombies, John Lodge of the Moody Blues, Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals, Procol Harum, The Guess Who, The Yardbirds, The Family Stone, Cruise Host Peter Asher, Canned Heat, Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels, The Outsiders, The Music of Cream, Magic Bus Band, Lisa Polizzi’s Janis Joplin Experience, Hal Bruce, The Newbees, The LSB Experience, Tribute Artists Tim Stamper and George Trullinger.  We’re in discussions with other artists and expect to add even more surprises. We will provide updates to you as soon as we have them but due to timing and onboard scheduling constraints, you should not expect that every artist on the 2021 lineup will be able to make the move to the 2022 dates. As always, artists are subject to change.

Q. When will I receive my confirmation for my new reservation on the Flower Power Cruise 2022?

A. Please allow 60 days to process all the new reservations. Once we complete the transfer in your StarVista LIVE account, you will receive an email with the confirmation details so you may check to ensure that everything is as you expected. 

Q. Will I keep the same cabin, dining times and add-ons for my Flower Power Cruise 2022?

A. Because the Flower Power Cruise 2022 is scheduled to sail on either the Celebrity Infinity or another identical vessel, it will be easy to automatically transfer your current reservation to the new dates. Your new reservation will include the same cabin assignment and same early or late dinner/theater time.

Q. I am still making payments toward the Flower Power Cruise 2021. Will payments continue as planned, now for 2022?

A. If you have chosen to sail on the Flower Power Cruise 2022, we will be suspending all payments for the Flower Power Cruise 2022 until January 1st, 2021. The monthly payment schedule will resume on January 1st, 2021 with final payment due on February 1st, 2022.

Q.  What is the status of the Travel Protection I already purchased for the Flower Power Cruise 2021?

A. If you purchased Travel Protection for your Flower Power Cruise 2021, that same type of insurance, Standard or Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage, will carry forward to your new reservation as long as you have not made a claim. You cannot upgrade to CFAR Protection or purchase it new. However, you can purchase Standard Travel Protection with some limitations.  Please call Travel Insured for details at 844-440-8113.

Q. I am interested in moving to a different cabin for 2022.  When can I request that move?

A. If you are hoping to move to a different cabin in 2022, you should still fill out the postponement options form and select “Keep reservation for 2022 Cruise” by October 30th. Starting November 16th, we will accept requests for cabin upgrades. Beginning November 16th, please call the office to request your upgrade and we can review with you based on cabin availability. Much like our cabin waitlist emails, these upgrades will be on a first come first served basis.

Q. My roommate cannot make the 2022 cruise, can I bring someone else?

A. Yes, if you are the financially responsible party on the reservation, you may change names in your traveling party up until February 1, 2022 with no penalty.

Q: If I have a StarVista LIVE promotional onboard credit on my Flower Power Cruise 2021 reservation, will that carry over to my rebooking?

  1. We will honor any Flower Power Cruise 2021 booked guest onboard credits on the rebooked cruise.

Q. I sponsored and paid for my guests to go on the Flower Power Cruise 2021 and now they cannot go.  May I change the names on the reservation?

A. Yes, if you are the financially responsible party on the reservation, you may change names in your sponsored cabin up until February 1, 2022 with no penalty. If you have multiple reservations on the Flower Power Cruise 2021, please make sure you submit a Postponement Options form for each reservation.

 

Future Cruise Credit FAQs

Q. Does the StarVista LIVE Future Cruise Credit expire?

A. Yes, you must use your Future Cruise Credit on a StarVista LIVE cruise sailing before December 31, 2022.

Q. What if I use my Future Cruise Credit on another cruise by the October 30 form deadline but I change my mind later and want to go on a different StarVista LIVE cruise or go back to the Flower Power Cruise 2022?

A. StarVista LIVE cruises are non-transferrable. Due to the unprecedented situation, we are allowing a one-time only transfer of your Flower Power Cruise 2021 reservation to another StarVista LIVE cruise sailing before December 31, 2022 and that is subject to cabin availability. When you use your Flower Power 2021 Future Cruise Credit on a different StarVista LIVE cruise it is then non-transferable, and we cannot allow additional changes.

Refund FAQs

Q. When will I receive my refund for the Flower Power Cruise 2021?

A. Please allow up to 60 days for processing your refund. Understand that this time is required to confirm an accurate refund to your selected form of payment and billing address. We appreciate your patience as we are experiencing high call volume at this time.

Q. If my original form of payment has expired, how will I receive my refund?

A. If your credit card on file has expired and you wish to receive a refund, you must fill out this form by following the below instructions.

  1. Click here and log into your StarVista LIVE Account
  2. Select “Cancel and Refund My Reservation”
  3. Next, confirm the credit card on file that should be refunded. You should see a dropdown with the credit cards on file. If your preferred credit card on file has a new expiration date, provide this updated expiration date in the “comments” box.
  4. Confirm billing address and submit

Note: We can only refund to credit cards that have previously been charged, so if your card is not on file, you must select “payment by check” on this screen. Once you select payment by check, confirm your billing/mailing address and submit.

Q. It has been 60 days and I have not yet received my refund. What should I do?

  1. Be patient as it takes time to process these refunds. You may email us at info@flowerpowercruise.com with subject line “Refund Inquiry” and please include your reservation number. Please be aware that refunds processed by check may take longer due to USPS delays.

Travel Agent FAQs

Q: I am a Travel Agent?  What should I tell my guests?

  1. It is your responsibility to communicate any updates to your guests. Please make sure they are aware of their three options and that they make their selection by October 30th, 2020. If they do not make a selection, they will be automatically transferred to the new Flower Power Cruise 2022 sailing and the travel agent on record will receive the confirmation. 

Q: I am a travel agent or group leader with guests who were supposed to sail on Flower Power Cruise 2021.  When will I receive my commission?

  1. Travel Agents and Group Leaders will be eligible for their earned commissions when the Flower Power Cruise 2021 guests return from the Flower Power Cruise 2022 or other cruise on which they have chosen to sail.
