Jeremy Clyde of Chad and Jeremy

Jeremy Clyde is one half of Chad & Jeremy, who burst onto the scene in 1964 during the British Invasion. They notched a series of big hits like “Yesterday’s Gone”, “Willow Weep For Me”, “Before And After”, “Distant Shores” and of course their iconic “A Summer Song”.

Hollywood soon found out that not only did they have long hair and British accents, but they could also act. C&J were cast in episodes of “The Patty Duke Show”, “The Dick Van Dyke Show” and “My Three Sons” before having their voices temporarily stolen by The Catwoman in two episodes of “Batman”. After the 1960s, Jeremy returned to his first love - acting - while reuniting with Chad at times across the years for reunion projects and tours. Chad retired in 2016, and passed away in 2020.

Jeremy began his own solo music career a decade ago, and is currently at work on completing Chad & Jeremy’s final unfinished album, utilizing unheard tapes spanning five decades. His live performances mix C&J hits with classic songs from the 1960s and beyond. He is also frequently seen alongside one half of friendly rivals Peter & Gordon in a series of Peter Asher & Jeremy Clyde concerts.
